Preference 2™ Spine System

Helical Flange technology and a very low profile give the Preference 2 Spine System the edge when it comes to posterior internal fixation. The Closure Top interlocks with the Pedicle Screw to eliminate the possibility of head-splay during final tightening. And the Helical Flange is resistant to the typical cross-threading that can occur with conventional set screws. A 6.0mm diameter rod provides a nice balance between size and strength, and our implants are available in a comprehensive array of diameters, with options for Reduction Screws, Lateral Offset Connectors, and Hooks, making the Preference 2 the only spine system you'll ever need.

The Preference Spine System implant components are fabricated from medical grade titanium or titanium alloy described by such standards as ASTM F67 or ASTM F136 or ISO 5832-3 or 5832-2.
