Facet Fixation System

Blazing Speed. Amazing Rigidity. Astonishing Simplicity. Our new Facet Fixation System^™ will make you think twice before using pedicle screws to back-up an interbody fusion. Just squeeze the trigger, and the gun does the rest, compressing and firing a trans-facet bolt across the facet joint to immobilize a spinal motion segment.

The Facet Fixation System^™ includes the Facet Gun^™, a single-use, disposable gun that compresses the joint, sets the implant trajectory, and delivers the implant, all by squeezing the triggers on the hand piece; and the Facet Bolt^™, an adaptive titanium implant construct that features a partially-threaded facet screw with a patented cutting tip, a variable-angle washer and a locking nut, which work together to lock the facet joint with tremendous strength.

And the whole system is sterile-packaged, with the implants pre-loaded in the barrel of the gun. No assembly or sterilization is necessary.

Note: The Facet Fixation System is currently not approved as a single use device in the USA.
