Facet Fixation System™
The Facet Fixation System is an entirely new type of posterior fixation that allows surgeons to create a rigid posterior construct in a fraction of the operative time required by conventional devices.  It consists of two parts, the Facet Gun® Max, and Facet Bolt.

Facet Gun® Max
With the Facet Gun® Max, we’ve mastered the art of keeping things simple. This one instrument allows you to do all of the functions necessary to lock the facet joint in two simple steps: just squeeze the trigger to target and compress the facet, then drive the bolt through the joint with a few turns of the handle at the back of the gun. What used to take hours now can be done in just minutes.

Facet Bolt™
The first and only locking facet implant, our Facet Bolt is in a class by itself. It’s placed through the facet joint, and locked on both ends by washers that compress and hold the facet joint securely and indefinitely, thanks to an integrating locking mechanism, which prevents post-operative loosening.
And with the Facet Bolt, there’s no compromise in strength due to its small size. With titanium construction and a solid 4mm diameter, the Bolt provides stiffness and strength equivalent to conventional devices like pedicle screws.
