US Spine, founded in 2003, is a privately-held corporation located on the Research Park of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Our company brings together seasoned industry executives with a cumulative tenure of over 100 years in the orthopedic and spinal industries.

Our foundation is built upon fostering an environment that enables and supports physician participation in the implant and instrument design process, utilizing the clinical experience and scientific research that will tailor our products to better meet patient and surgeon needs.

US Spine maintains corporate headquarters in Boca Raton Florida. Sales, marketing and R&D activities are housed at the corporate headquarters site.
